Findings, check these first

• Failed APP Sensor 2 element in the pedal assembly
• APP Sensor 2 signal wire shorted to ground or power
• Corroded APP connector terminals
• Pinched dash harness near the steering column
• Shared 5V reference fault pulling Sensor 2 offline

Standard procedure

1. Graph APP Sensor 2 sweep on a Tech2 or GDS2 for dropouts
2. Inspect the pedal connector and steering-column harness routing
3. Test APP Sensor 2 signal, reference, and ground circuits
4. Check the shared 5V reference with other sensors disconnected one by one
5. Replace the pedal assembly only on failed circuit-verified tests, then clear and verify
